【摘要】:ISO10110specifiesthepresentationofdesignandfunctionalrequirementsforopticalelementsandsystemsintechnicaldrawingsusedformanufacturingandinspection.ThispartofISO10110specifiesrulesforindicatingthetoleranceforsurfaceform.NOTE1Theterminologyofinterferometryisusedforthespecificationoftolerancesand,inparticular,fortheunitsinwhichthetolerancesaretobespecified;however,thisdoesnotstipulatethatonlyinterferometricmethodsmaybeusedfortheactualtestingofopticalparts.Othernon-interferometricmethodsmaybeusediftheresultsareconvertedtotheunitsspecifiedhere.ThispartofISO10110appliestosurfacesofbothsphericalandasphericform.NOTE2ISO10110-12allowsthesurfaceformtoleranceforasphericsurfacestobespecifiedwithoutreferencetothispartofISO10110.
