【摘要】:1GeneralThisTechnicalReportprovidesacommondescriptionframeworkforhealthinformaticsstandardsartefacts.Theaimofthehealthinformaticsprofilingframework(HIPF)istoprovideaconsistentmethodfordescribingandclassifyingartefactswithinthedomainofhealthinformaticsstandards.TheHIPFestablishescommonconceptsandavocabularyfordescribingthecomplexdomainofvarioushealthinformaticsstandardsinitiativesandtheirsupportingartefacts.TheuseoftheHIPFshouldpromotethereuseofhealthinformaticsknowledgeandimprovetheidentificationofopportunitiesforhealthinformaticsstandardsalignment,collaborationandcoordination.2PurposeThepurposeoftheHIPFistofacilitateshareddescriptionsandcomparisonsofhealthinformaticsstandards.Inparticular,itistheaimoftheHIPFto:—providethecapabilitytocomprehensivelydefineandclassifyhealthinformaticsstandardsartefacts,—facilitatethecoordination,communicationandcomparabilityofhealthinformaticsstandardsthroughacommonunderstandingofintendedusesandcontent,—helpidentifyandcoordinatehealthinformaticsstandardsdevelopment,—provideapotentialfoundationforthedevelopmentofaglobalhealthinformaticsstandardsknowledgebase,—promotehealthinformaticsstandardsintegrationandalignmentwithinandbetweenstandardsfromdifferentjurisdictions,and—provideaframeworktoassistwiththecoordinationofISO/TC215workitemsbothwithinthetechnicalcommitteeandwithrelatedinitiativesfromothersources.3BenefitsThepotentialbenefitsoftheHIPFinclude:—introductionofclassificationconceptsandterminologyforhealthinformaticsstandardsartefacts,—enhancementofhealthinformaticsstandardsdevelopmentcoordinationthroughtheidentificationofpotentialduplicationbetweenstandardsinitiatives,and—enhancementofglobalunderstandingofhealthinformaticsstandardsinsupportoftheirknowledgemanagement.4TargetusersThetargetusersoftheHIPFinclude:—healthinformaticsstandardsdevelopers,and—usersofhealthinformaticsstandards.
