【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61000setshigh-altitudeelectromagneticpulse(HEMP)immunityrequirementsforelectricalandelectronicequipmentintendedforuseindoors.TheindoorHEMPenvironmentdependsontheelectromagneticshieldingqualityofafacilityandthelevelofprotectionagainsttheconductedenvironment.Thisstandardisintendedforallfacilitytypesincludingresidential,commercial,lightindustrial,hospitals,heavyindustrial,powersubstationsandpowergenerationfacilities.Thisstandardincludesindoorequipmentintendedtobeconnectedtoalow-voltage(1kVorless)powernetwork,tothetelecomnetworkand/ortoexternalantennas.Immunitytestvaluesarebasedonthe90%severitylevelsinIEC61000-4-25.Alltelecomlinesareassumedtohavegas-tubeprotectorsatthepointwheretheyenterthebuildingandinsulationflashoveronlow-voltagelinesareassumedatthreetimesthatoflightning.Forsignalportsconnectedtointernalcables,severitytestlevelsarebasedoncablesthathaveatotallengthof10mandaprocedureisprovidedforlongercables.ThispartofIEC61000doesnotspecifysafetyrequirementsforequipment,suchasprotectionagainstshock,insulationcoordination,andrelateddielectrictests.Nevertheless,theimmunitytestsdescribedinthispartofIEC61000involvehazardousvoltages.High-voltageprecautionsarenecessarytoprotectthehealthandsafetyoftestpersonnel.
