【摘要】:ThisguideisintendedtobeusedbylaboratoriesinterestedinthecalibrationofindustrialplatinumresistancethermometersthatareintendedtosatisfytherequirementsofSpecificationE1137/E1137M.Itisintendedtoprovideaconsistentmethodforcalibrationanduncertaintyevaluationwhilestillallowingtheusersomeflexibilityinchoiceofapparatusandinstrumentation.Itisunderstoodthatthelimitsofuncertaintyobtaineddependinalargepartupontheapparatusandinstrumentationused.Therefore,sincethisguideisnotprescriptiveinapproach,itprovidesdetailedinstructioninuncertaintyevaluationtoaccommodatethevarietyofapparatusandinstrumentationthatmaybeemployed.ThisguideisintendedprimarilytosatisfyapplicationsrequiringcompliancetoSpecificationE1137/E1137M.However,thetechniquesdescribedmaybeappropriateforapplicationswherehigheraccuracycalibrationsareneeded.1.1ThisguidedescribesthetechniquesandapparatusrequiredfortheaccuracyverificationofindustrialplatinumresistancethermometersconstructedinaccordancewithSpecificationE1137/E1137Mandtheevaluationofcalibrationuncertainties.Theproceduresdescribedapplyovertherangeofx2013;200x00B0;Cto650x00B0;C.1.2ThisguideisnotintendedtodescribetheproceduresnecessaryforthecalibrationofplatinumresistancethermometersintendedtobeusedascalibrationstandardsorStandardPlatinumResistanceThermometers.Consequently,calibrationofthesetypesofinstrumentsisoutsidethescopeofthisguide.1.3Industrialplatinumresistancethermometersareavailableinmanystylesandconfigurations.Thisguidedoesnotpurporttodeterminethesuitabilityofanyparticulardesign,style,orconfigurationforcalibrationoveradesiredtemperaturerange.1.4TheevaluationofuncertaintiesisbaseduponcurrentinternationalpracticesasdescribedinISO/TAG4/WG3x201C;GuidetotheEvaluationofUncertaintyinMeasurementx201D;andANSI/NCSLZ540-2-1997x201C;U.S.GuidetotheExpressionofUncertaintyinMeasurementx201D;.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
